What to Expect When You're Expecting Soundtrack List, plot and cast


What to Expect When You're Expecting (often marketed as simply What to Expect) is an upcoming 2012 American romantic comedy film directed by Kirk Jones from a screenplay by Shauna Cross and Heather Hach and based on the book of the same name. It stars an ensemble cast of Jennifer Lopez, Cameron Diaz, Matthew Morrison, Elizabeth Banks, Anna Kendrick, Brooklyn Decker, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Rodrigo Santoro, Rob Huebel, Chace Crawford, with Dennis Quaid, and Chris Rock. The film also features many celebrity cameos including Girls Aloud member Cheryl Cole, the Black Eyed Peas member Taboo, and former The Hills star Whitney Port. The film is scheduled to be released on May 18, 2012.

Plot

A look at love through the eyes of five interconnected couples experiencing the thrills and surprises of having a baby, and ultimately coming to understand the universal truth that no matter what you plan for, life doesn't always deliver what's expected.
